| Fee - Rules |

The college reserves the right to increase/decrease any fee/penalty at any time, during the academic session; In addition the college may charge any other fee, in accordance with the instructions of the government/University/B.N. Management. |

Fee will be charged for the academic session, irrespective of the date/time of admission. |

If the fee is not deposited by the last date (as intimated through the college notice board), a penalty of one rupee per day may be charged, If the fee is not deposited by the end of the month (in which the last date for payment fallsz0, the Principal may cancel the student’s admission. Such a student can be re-admitted only when thy pay the fee, the penalty and the admission fee. |

No fee (except the Caution Money) is refundable, after finalization of admission. |

No student will be allowed to appear at the University examinations unless all dues are cleared, |

Students should retain the receipt of fee/penalty/other dues very carefully and produce them as evidence when required. |

Ph.D. scholar’s fee will be charged from the date of registration in the college annually. |

Students scoring 70% and above in aggregate and in the desired subject’s total of three years at graduation may be given direct admission to P.G. (previous) in the subject of their choice. |

Applicants of other Categories |

For freeship/half freeship/partial freeship in tuition fee, students should submit their application to the office of the Principal before 24 December 2012. After recommendation and final approval from Management, the freeship/concession will be awarded by an account payee cheque. The basis for freeship will be achievements in academics, games, NCC, cultural, literary activities and financial or social need. |

Some fee-concessions, freeship and scholarships are granted by the college/University/Government /Management. |

Students getting scholarship will not be entitled to any fee-concession. |

Only those students who pass the previous class as a regular student will ne entitled to fee-concession. |

The Principal reserves the right to withdraw the fee-concession, if the student violates the code of conduct. |

Application for fee concession is to be submitted to the Professor-in-charge on the prescribed Performa, together with attested photocopies of requisite certificate and documents. |

If the father of the student is alive, the certificate of income of any relative or guardian will not be acceptable. |
| 7 |
Fee-Concession is available for students excelling in studies, games literary ad cultural activities. Fee-Concessions ate also available for economically weak students. |

Son or daughter of any member of Vidya Parcharini Sabha and employees of B.N. Sansthan will be given 50% concession in tuition fee. |
