IMPORTANT INFORMATION |
- Minimum eligibility for admission in all the faculties is 10+2 as per the norms of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
- The admission will only be recognized if it is approved by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
- Although the requirement of minimum percentage does not apply for the admission of a girl student, yet the total admissions of the college are limited to the section/subjects approved in the institution in accordance with the merit list.
- There is the maximum strength of 80 students in one section for all the faculties’ courses.
- Merit list of only those students will be prepared whose forms are submitted in the office till the last date. The forms that are deposited after the fixed date shall only be considered if there is a vacant seat available in any class/subject.
- After depositing the fee by the due date, students have to be present according to the given time-table of the study-courses and have to get themselves enlisted in the attendance-register by showing their fee-receipt and the identity-card to the teacher in the class.
- Minimum 75% attendance out of the total classes held during the session is required by the student in each paper of the syllabus, which includes tutorials and practical periods.
- Students are not allowed to receive their personal postages at the college address.
- The Principal of the college has the power to reject the application form without giving any notice.
- Before submitting the application-form, make sure to read the college prospectus carefully.
- The Call No. of the student shall only be assigned after the deposition of the fee in the office.
- No consideration will be made over an incomplete form.
- The participation in any one of the co-curricular activities is compulsory and it should be mentioned in the application form.
- In case of the non- payment of the fee by the due date admission of the student will stand cancelled automatically.
- It is compulsory to enclose the following documents along with the application-form otherwise the admission fee will not be deposited and the admission will be cancelled.
- Original copy of Transfer-Certificate (T.C.) + two self-attested photocopies.
- Two self-attested photocopies of the mark-sheet of the previous year passed class.
- Original Migration-Certificate (Except RBSE).
- The mode of teaching is done in both English and Hindi medium.
- A student found doubtful regarding her code of conduct will be dismissed from the college without any explanation-call.
- In case of the occupancy of the available seats, the college administration can close down process of admission before the last date.
- The students appearing for the Supplementary Examination have to obtain Provisional Admission. They have to submit the application-form before the due-date to reconsider their admission. There is no provision for any sort of weightage in the class-attendance after getting admission.
- In case of being employed anywhere during the time of admission, a student has to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’.
- The admissions in the college are directed by the admission rules of the Directorate of College Education Rajasthan, Jaipur and Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
- The college will restart in the new academic session starting in July.

NOTE |
Caution Money
- Caution money gets lapsed in favour of the college, if it is not collected by the student within a year from the time of leaving the college.
- Admission-fee (excluding the caution money) is non-refundable.
- The caution money is refunded in the month of October during every cademic-session and gets lapsed if it is not claimed.
NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION |
The admission of the students falling in any of the following categories will be considered non- eligible:
- The applicant against whom an F.I.R. has been lodged by any authority or has been punished or penalized.
- The applicant against whom a case is filed in the trial-court or has been released on bail.
- A student who has misbehaved or has used unfair means during exams or has been debarred from admission in any faculty of the affiliated colleges of the University or has been penalized for any offence.
- A student who has committed any inhuman or cruel or hideous crime like ragging and has been convicted by the State Government Act No. F3/21/Education group 111/83 dated 3rd July 1984.
- In case any applicant’s physical disability obstructs the study of the specific course, then the admission in that particular subject can be denied.
IDENTITY CARD |
Every student needs to carry the identity card, compulsorily, in the college. A student has to obtain the identity card by showing the fee-receipt. In case of the identity card being lost, it can be reissued by depositing Rs. 50/-. Lending identity card to any other student or using the identity card of any other student is a punishable offence.

The Student Union is formed through the election/nomination procedure as per the rules and regulations of the Directorate of College Education Rajasthan, Jaipur.
